Derek Holland is going to start for the Rangers on Thursday against the Blue Jays. Matt Harrison, on the disabled list with a strained left shoulder, will pitch on rehab for Frisco in San Antonio. Holland is 0-2 with a 7.04 ERA in three starts to this point.
