Rangers broadcaster Tom Grieve stopped by the Ballpark on Tuesday just eight days after prostate surgery. Grieve said everything is going well and he's hoping to be back in the booth on June 27 when the Rangers get back from their next road trip.
I'm glad he's doing well. I've heard a little of Steve Busby on the radio. TR, tell "Buzz" he'd make a great radio play-by-play man.
Great to hear Tom is doing so well. I was operated on for prostate cancer two years ago, and Rudy was my inspiration while Tom and Josh provided me with hours of TV enjoyment while I recovered. (a recovery that took several weeks longer than Tom's apparently is taking). So God bless Tom as he continues to gain strength and I'll look forward to seeing and hearing him on the air in the next ten to twenty days.
