@Rangers Updated ticket information

Arlington, Texas—The Texas Rangers announced this morning the following information regarding today’s first day of sales for 2015 individual tickets:

–Due to the deteriorating weather conditions in the Arlington area, the Globe Life Park in Arlington First Base Ticket office will close at 11:00 a.m. CT today.

–2015 Rangers individual tickets may be purchased 24 hours a day at texasrangers.com or by calling 972.RANGERS until 5:00 p.m. CT today. Please note that the wait time for phone orders may be extended due to a reduction in staff at the call center due to the weather conditions.

Weather permitting, the Globe Life Park in Arlington First Base Ticket Office and Call Center will be open on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Beginning Monday, March 2, the ticket office will be open weekdays from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Individual tickets for all 2015 Texas Rangers home games except Opening Day went on sale this morning.

The supply of available individual tickets for the Rangers’ home opener on Friday, April 10 vs. Houston was exhausted through the online ticket opportunity held earlier this month. Opening day tickets are still available as part of full and partial season ticket plans for 2015.

Someone needs to let the Rangers “Brass” know that they lost 95 games last year. How about a break on the ticket prices, hot dogs, parking and the beer?

Texas Rangers – the only MLB franchise that doesn’t have public transit access to it’s games.

I say bush-league.
