Harrison has setback…additional surgery

Rangers pitcher Matt Harrison underwent additional surgery Wednesday to repair a herniated disc in his lower back. Harrison had surgery eight days ago to repair the disc and felt additional discomfort this week. An MRI showed Harrison had further herniation in the disc and needed more surgery. The Rangers are operating under the assumption that Harrison will pitch again this season but he will be out for at least three months.
