Ross to bullpen, Harrison to pitch Opening Day
The Rangers have announced:
Robbie Ross is going back to the bullpen.
Matt Harrison is the Opening day starter against the Astros on March 31. He will also pitch the home opener on April 5.
Yu Darvish will be the No. 2 starter and he threw a bullpen today.
Nick Tepesch could be on his way to winning the fifth starter spot. Derek Lowe could be his primary competition.
Ross joins Michael Kirkman, Jason Frasor and Joe Nathan in the bullpen. Three spots are still open.
