Leonys Martin situation update
The Rangers have attempted to clarify Leonys Martin’s status as far as being in the United States.
Martin has been approved for US residency and not US citizenship as the club previously announced this week. US Residency, sometimes referred to as the “green card,” allows Martin to live in the United States permanently. He left his home country of Cuba in 2010.
