Beltre not going to WBC
Adrian Beltre said he won’t be joining the Dominican Republic for the next round of the World Baseball Classic. Beltre said the Dominican Republic team is doing well without him and his swing is still not right. Beltre bowed out of the first round with a strained right calf muscle. At the time he held out the possibility of re-joining the team in the later rounds. But he has decided against it.
