Matt Harrison scratched
Rangers pitcher Matt Harrison has been scratched from Saturday’s start against the Padres with inflammation in a toe on his left foot. Neil Ramirez will start instead. Harrison felt the inflammation in his last bullpen session. He will likely go back to Dallas for further examination. It is his second toe.
