Nathan may pitch in WBC
Rangers closer Joe Nathan is mulling the possibility of pitching in the World Baseball Classic. Nathan said he has been approached by USA manager Joe Torre. Nathan said he would talk to the Rangers about it and see if it’s a good idea. He pitched in the Classic in 2006.

T.R. … enjoy your blog and choice of material. I am surprised that more free agents don’t seem to notice how well the Rangers treat there guys i.e. the Lewis and Felix contracts and none having to go through arbitration to get an acceptable deal.
