Mike Adams Not Available To Pitch This Weekend
Ranger reliever Mike Adams will not be available to pitch this weekend, and there is some question if he will be ready for the playoffs. Adams has been experiencing pain in the muscle in his back behind his right shoulder. The pain is thought to be nerve related.
Adams says he is very frustrated by the problem, but realizes that he is not helping the team pitching with shoulder pain. Adams gave up 3 Home Runs in one inning against the A’s yesterday afternoon.
