Adams down with sore muscle in shoulder
Rangers reliever Mike Adams said he is down with a sore trapezoid muscle in the back of his right shoulder. Adams said the shoulder bothered him during his eighth-inning work in the Rangers 6-4 victory over the Indians on Tuesday. The Rangers don’t think it’s serious but they are going to be cautious.
Robbie Ross threw 28 pitches in the bullpen without problem. He could come off the disabled list on Friday but the Rangers will wait to see how he recovers tomorrow.
