Uehara on, Scheppers down
The Rangers have activated pitcher Koji Uehara and sent Tanner Scheppers back to Triple A Round Rock. Scheppers will be back in September when the rosters are expanded. The Rangers are also starting Luis Hernandez at shortstop on Sunday with Elvis Andrus getting the day off. Mitch Moreland is batting second.
