Feldman, Oswalt switch
The Rangers have decided to switch Scott Feldman and Roy Oswalt. Feldman is pitching Sunday and Oswalt is moving back to Monday. The Rangers just decided to give Oswalt an extra day to recover from the tightness in his lower back. He is still throwing his bullpen on Friday.
