Tateyama optioned
The Rangers have optioned pitcher Yoshinoro Tateyama to Triple A Round Rock and activated catcher Luis Martinez for Saturday’s game. Martinez is expected to arrive sometime during the game. He gives the Rangers an extra catcher while Mike Napoli is sidelined.
