Buckel, Hoying promoted
The Rangers have promoted pitcher Cody Buckel and outfielder Jared Hoying from Class A Myrtle Beach to Double A Frisco. Buckel was 5-3 with a 1.31 ERA in 13 starts. Hoying was hitting .275 with four home runs and 17 RBI.
