Ogando could end up on disabled list
The Rangers could be close to putting another pitcher on the disabled list. Alexi Ogando had to come out of Sunday’s start against the Giants with a strained right groin and the prognosis is not good.
“Right now it feels pretty bad,” Ogando said after the game.
Ogando will have an MRI on Monday when the Rangers return to Texas. His next start is scheduled for Saturday against the Astros.
“Tomorrow I will get an MRI but right now it doesn’t feel good,” Ogando said.
