Rangers take 2B Janluis Castro in the 16th round
The Rangers began the third and final day of the MLB Draft by selecting Colegio Hector Urdenata (Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico) second baseman Janluis Castro with the No. 516 pick in the 16th round.
Castro, a 5-foot-9, 150-pounder that can also play shortstop, is currently committed to play at Alabama State next season.

I ahve seen this kid playing a he is a star. Not to mention what he did on the Excellence game in PR. He should’ve been picked way earlier in the draft.
