Rangers pick RHP Ryan Harvey in 18th round
The Rangers picked Seton Hall right-handed pitcher Ryan Harvey in the 17th round with the No. 576 overall pick.
Harvey went 6-4 with a 3.04 ERA and two saves in 17 appearances, including 10 starts, striking out 90 and walking 43 over 77 innings while holding opposing hitters to a .231 batting average last season.
