Rangers sign Oswalt
The Rangers have signed pitcher Roy Oswalt. He will join the Rangers but will need at least 3-4 starts in the Minor Leagues before joining their rotation. He is expected to fill the spot left in the rotation when Neftali Feliz went down with a sprained right elbow.

i like bringing Oswalt in at this time.
he has defied the odds his entire career, and is a proven winner. a 2 time 20 game winner, though it was a while ago, its certainly worth the investment,
these are the kind of moves you sometimes have to make to fortify your roster if you”re serious about winning the world series.
we will see how it works out but i think he will win his share of games and fans before this season is over.

A lot of people discount Oswalt but as recently as 2010 he put up Cy Young type numbers.
It is now 2012 and not 2010, and the AL, and not the NL. I can only hope this move does not hurt too much instead of helping any. The people that thougth Feldman did bad will really be up in arms after watching this show.
