Darvish likely to start once on homestand
Manager Ron Washington said he is not planning any more adjustments to his rotation on the next home stand, even with an off-day on Thursday. That means Yu Darvish would start next Tuesday against the Yankees and that would be his only start on the home stand. His next start would be Monday in Toronto. That’s the plan right now. Unless the Rangers continue to let Darvish pitch on four days rest regardless of off-days or the rest of the rotation, he would not pitch on Sunday night against Tampa Bay.
