Kinsler: no deal done
Rangers second baseman Ian Kinsler said no agreement has been reached on a contract extension. Kinsler said the talks were close enough to be “disappointed that it’s not done.” Kinsler said if they continue to negotiate, he does not want to be a part of it. He would prefer thinking about baseball.

If it’s not right financially then that’s not right, but I’d like Ian here long term.
