Roster Moves: Tateyama to DL, Eppley DFA, Heilman Signed

As, expected the Rangers have placed reliever Yoshinori Tateyama on DL, and have taken RHP Cody Eppley off the 40 man roster and designated him for assignment.  Texas also signed RHP Aaron Heilman and assigned him to AAA Round Rock.
