Feliz won’t start Monday
The Rangers are not going to start Neftali Feliz on Monday because of concerns over his shoulder. Feliz is throwing long toss without problem but the Rangers will continue to take a cautious approach with him. The Rangers still believe there is enough time to get him ready for the start of the season but there are concerns that further delays would keep him from building up the necessary pitch count here in Spring Training.
Scott Feldman is expected to replace Feliz on Monday against the Reds.
