Rangers to meet with Garber
The Rangers are scheduled to meet with C.J. Wilson’s agent Bob Garber tonight at the Winter Meetings.
“We have a bunch of meetings schedule here,” Garber said Monday afternoon. “That’s where we are.”
The Rangers are one of at least five teams interested in Wilson. The others are the Angels, Marlins, Nationals, Yankees and possibly the Red Sox.
The Rangers are also interested in free agent left-hander Mark Buehrle.
