Rangers meet with Red Sox, Athletics
The Rangers met with the Red Sox and the Athletics at the Winter Meetings. The Rangers have interest in Red Sox utility infielder Jed Lowrie. They are also interested in Athletics reliever Andrew Bailey but have been given no indication that he is available. The same holds true for left-handed starter Gio Gonzalez.
