Holland set up as the No. 2 starter
Derek Holland is being set up as the Rangers No. 2 starter for the playoffs. Manager Ron Washington has not announced his rotation for the playoffs. But Colby Lewis pitches tonight for the Rangers and Matt Harrison pitches tomorrow for the Angels. The Rangers are not going to cut them short the way they did when C.J. Wilson pitched two innings on Monday. So it’s unlikely either will be ready to pitch on Saturday in Game 2. That points to Holland as the Game 2 starter unless the Rangers go with Alexi Ogando.
