Blanco on disabled list
The Rangers have placed shortstop Andres Blanco on the disabled list with a stress reaction in his lower back. To replace him, they have called up shortstop Omar Quintanilla from Triple A Round Rock. To make room on the 40-man roster, Scott Feldman was placed on the 60-day disabled list.
