Rangers activate Darren O’Day from 60-day disabled list
The Texas Rangers activated reliever Darren O’Day from the 60-day disabled list, and placed him on the active roster.
To make room for him, the Rangers optioned lefty Michael Kirkman to Triple-A Round Rock. O’Day will be available to pitch in Saturday’s game against the Florida Marlins.
