1. Did Thad Bosley deserve to lose his job?

2. Was Ron Washington right in pinch-hitting for Elvis Andrus in Sunday’s game?

3. What does it mean that Michael Young is the all-time Rangers leader for games played?

4. Can Scott Feldman help this team?

5. Are the Angels still a threat?

Jason Terry: Ian Kinsler.

Jason Kidd: Michael Young.

this is stupid.

they were saying never mine to how they have no one to compare him to and dont wonna put who they were gonna compare him too.

Cuban actually keeps his mouth closed and shows class by not running around with the trophy and you give him a “Nevermind” … Huh I thought it was GOOD that he did what he did this season rather than BAD.

1. While Thad Bosley oversaw a very productive offense that matched up with the best in baseball, I think that the people in the locker room are the most effective judges of his contributions to the team. If they felt that the partnership was not working, it was not working, and therefore a change was required. I wish Thad Bosley the best in future endeavors, regardless.

2. Not qualified to answer.

3. I am very happy for Michael Young, one of my all-time favorite Rangers, but let’s be honest, I think this speaks towards the mostly mediocre history of the club that a player of Young’s caliber (a good, not great player) is about to assume yet another one of the records of the team.

4. Team’s can always use more pitching. Scott Feldman is a pitcher. Therefore, Scott Feldman can help the team. Of course he has to be healthy and effective with his pitches, something that has not been the case for a while now.

5. The Angels have been the gold standard for the previous decade, but I look at what they are now and I see a team on the decline. I respect what they have achieved, but I doubt that they possess the ability to present a legitimate challenge to the Rangers this year. I feel that virtually every player on their roster has a better correspondent on ours, and it shows the standings.

Lance…think about it for a minute….do you think it would be flattering to Nolan Ryan to be compared to Mark Cuban…not much common ground there!
1. Coaches probably never deserve it but…there was a change in hitting philosoph from last year to this and in my opnion it wasn’t working.
2.Everyday. Elvis can be a hot dog.
3. Probably not since we devine that he won’t be with us next year.
4. I think there is something wrong with Lewis,,,I predict he goes on DL. )just like our nostrodamus friend used to predict…oh where are the good old days?)
5. The Angelsa are in it as long as they have the same manager.

1. Josh said the chemistry wasnt there! Nuf Said.
2. The Wash always says sometimes you gotta go with your gut. I gotta trust he knows baseball better than we do and these guys develop a feel for the game.
3. This means he has played more games as a Ranger than anyone else. :) It proably also means that Jon Daniels is looking fo another opportunity to screw him or trade for an over the hill yankee.
4. 4-Sure, SF has show in the past that he can be dynamite on the mound. If he can get healthy a strong arm in the bullpen would do wonders for the Rangers rotation!
5. Always as of today 5.0 GB but theres still more than 1/2 the season to go and with their pitching only the bats need to get hot!

1. Yes. It is important to keep the clubhouse chemistry pure and united. If Thad was a problem, it is better that they dealt with it now instead of letting it fester for an entire season.
2. Yes. That’s how baseball go.
3. Z, how can you say Young is good not great. He has been a great player across the board for this franchise. I think that he has been so consistent that we may be taking him for granted. He is under appreciated around here these days. The franchise may have a mediocre track record as a franchise, but we have seen some big numbers from stars over the years. Any record Michael Young breaks is legit. Who else would you want to be the face of this franchise?
4. Scooter is versatile and if he is better, he can help this team in several ways.
5. The Angels a threat? hee hee hee :)
