Neftali Feliz throwing off mound
Rangers reliever Neftali Feliz is throwing off the bullpen mound here in Oakland while the Rangers are taking batting practice Saturday morning. Feliz is on the disabled list with a strained right shoulder and throwing off the mound is big step. There is still a possibility that Feliz could pitch an inning on medical rehab assignment in the Minor Leagues but is still is looking likely that he will be ready to be activated on Friday.
