Webb throws live batting practice
Brandon Webb threw batting practice on Wednesday morning. FOX Sports, CBS Sportsline and the New York Times were among those there to chronicle the event. Sports Illustrated too.
He threw 62 pitches. Manager Ron Washington said Webb’s arm felt good but his stuff was inconsistent. The sinker is coming but still not the great pitch it once was, at least not yet. Probably will throw another batting practice session in the next few days.
