Feliz returning to back end of bullpen
Rangers manager Ron Washington said Neftali Feliz will pitch the final three innings against the Athletics on Wednesday. Washington said the Rangers haven’t made a final decision on Feliz but it’s pretty clear they see him being their closer again this season. Derek Holland starts for the Rangers.
