Rangers Still Pursuing Guerrero
The Rangers are renewing their efforts to get a deal done with DH Vladimir Guerrero. He wants a two-year deal, but the Rangers still want him back. They feel he is the best DH option available since Paul Konerko is no longer on the table after he re-signed with the White Sox. The Rangers are optimistic they can get something done.
The Rangers have also met again with agent Darek Braunecker to talk about Cliff Lee. It appears the Rangers are going to meet with him later today as well.
