Rangers have no interest in Millar

The Cubs have released right-handed hitting first baseman Kevin Millar, who was in camp on a Minor League contract. The Rangers have indicated they have no interest in looking at him for a spot on their bench. That was their position in the off-season and club officials say it hasnt changed since then. Matt Brown seems the likely last player on the bench for the Rangers at this point.

Cooler heads have prevailed. If they feel that way about Brown, let’s givie it till the ASB at least.
