Kinsler to miss at least a week with high ankle sprain
Rangers second baseman Ian Kinsler has been diagnosed with a high right ankle sprain and will be sidelined at least a week. Kinsler rolled the ankle in a pre-game workout on Friday. The Rangers did not believe it was serious at first but he came in to the clubhouse on Saturday much more stiff than expected. Kinsler has been on the disabled list in each of his past four seasons. Joaquin Arias started at second base on Saturday for the Rangers.
