Rangers sign Matt Brown

The Rangers have signed infielder Matt Brown to a Minor League contract with an invitation to Spring Training. Brown has spent the past two seasons in the Angels organization, hitting .245 with 27 doubles, 13 home runs and 69 RBI at Triple A Salt Lake City.
