All-Star voting: Kinsler leads at second

The first update of All-Star balloting is out:

* Ian Kinsler leads at second base over Dustin Pedroia.

* Josh Hamilton is second among outfielders.

* Michael Young is a distance second among third basemen behind Evan Longoria and just ahead of Alex Rodriguez. Elvis Andrus is third among shortstops but Derek Jeter is ready to run away with that one again.

* Chris Davis and Jarrod Saltalamacchia have both made the top five at their positions, which only means the Rangers are getting out the vote.
