Francisco unavailable

Rangers closer Frank Francisco has some soreness in his right shoulder and is unavailable for Tuesday’s game against the Mariners. Francisco examined by Dr. Keith Meister, who said it was just normal soreness and biceps tendonitis and only needed a few days rest. There are no plans to put Francisco on the disabled list but he likely won’t pitch against the Mariners.
