Rangers set Minor League rotations
The Rangers have set their Minor League rotations for the most part:
Triple A Oklahoma City: Doug Mathis, Neftali Feliz, Elizardo Ramirez, Derek Holland and Luis Mendoza. Thomas Diamond will be in the bullpen to start the season.
Double A Frisco: Omar Poveda, Kasey Kiker, Guillermo Moscoso, Jared Hyatt, Michael Schlact.
Class A Bakersfield: Tim Murphy, Michael Main, Michael Kirkman, Blake Beavan, Kennil Gomez.
Class A Hickory: Among the pitchers here will be Wilfredo Boscon, Jacob Brigham and Martin Perez but their innings will be limited to begin the season. Carlos Pimentel, Richard Bleier and Cliff Springston will also pitch here.
Neil Ramirez is being held back by an elbow issue.

That’s a pretty good looking rotation for OK City. I, m predicting a championship for them. I’d also like to see Mendoza figure it out.
Is Diamond’s bullpen assignment health-related (ie, he’s building arm strength or they’re limiting his innings) or is that how the org views him now?
DVD, DVD, DVD, DVD. What a bust. We kept the wrong D. Anyone else remember Daniels saying that McCarthy was further along than Danks???? What a joke!
D’god, what will it take to get a positive spin from you. Baseball is entertainment. It is supposed to be fun to be a fan. Can you find anything positive to say? You have, no doubt, been around here about the same number of years as me. I feel the past pain, but with that is hope in the future. That is the very essence that is baseball. C’mon…look at this team. There is something good here. Maybe the pitching will let us down this year. We’re aiming for 2010 anyway right? But, maybe the pitching will be better than you think. With our offense and what I believe will be an improved defense, what’s not to like? This is a great bunch of guys. Why don’t you give them a chance? Sit back, relax, and take it all in. Smell those hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, and cotton candy. Listen to the roar of the B-1′s flying over an enjoy the new improvements to the ballpark. Enjoy it. It is supposed to be fun. Put the past behind you. Your constant negative spin is, I hope, NOT a reflection of a miserable existence outside of here. Get ready for YOUR TEXAS RANGERS!!!
