Rangers sign Gobble
The Rangers have signed Jimmy Gobble to a Minor League contract. He will join them with a chance to earn a job in the bullpen. He was released earlier this week by the Royals. This is a pitcher the Rangers once wanted back in 2003 in a trade for Juan Gonzalez.

The Rangers need to find a back-up for michael at 3b. If blaylock can play there great, but if he can’t for an extended period of time then thats a weak link on the roster. Injuries just seam to happen in these cases. I don’t want anything to happen to michael,cover his back. I ain’t superstious but a black cat just crossed my trail.
