Rangers set early pitching

The Rangers have set their early pitching. Kevin Millwood and Matt Harrison will start the intrasquad game on Monday. On Tuesday it will be Vicente Padilla vs. Scott Feldman.

Harrison will pitch Wednesday in the first exhibition game against the Royals. The rotation from there is Millwood, Feldman, Brandon McCarthy and Padilla.
