Stadium Improvements
The Rangers are announcing $4 million worth of improvements to the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.
* The manuel scoreboard on the left field wall is being replaced by a full color video scoreboard so that now everybody in the Ballpark will be able to see replays and the Dot Race.
* Another electronic full color board will be installed above the seats in left field in front of the Diamond Club, replacing the old electronic scoreboard
* Electronic full color scoreboards will also be install on the facades of the Lower Suites level, just below the suites, and the second deck of the Home Run porch.

Spend $4 million on a pitcher please!!!!! You want need the video scoreboards if a pitcher would #1 strike someone out.
Long overdue.
Glad to hear about the improvements as well – they are indeed overdue.
Fans who haven’t seen a newer stadium like Nationals Park may not realize how dated the current replay board is. Not sure why anyone would sit in left field now – sun in your face in the evenings and no view of the new board.
I forgot to say that the advertising on the ribbon boards is quite annoying, though. Let’s keep the flashing ads to a minimum, please.
